Gave me the wrong pants when I came to pick up my cleaning. I returned the pants and asked them to give me a call when my they found the lost pair. I checked in with them once a week for the next 3 months and they never found my pants; in fact the manager told me that it was my fault that they couldn't find my pants because I had removed the tag of the pants that were mistakenly given to me when I was trying them on. Finally I told them that enough time had passed and I would like to be reimbursed for my pants and they told me to fill out a claims form and provide them with the original purchase receipt for my pants. I filled out the form but I could not provide them with a receipt because the pants were over 2 years old. I mean who keeps a receipt for everything they have bought in the last 5 years? The manager now refuses to return my calls. I should have kept the wrong pants...At least I could have made it into a decent rag.
