I have had a similar scenario happen when I ordered a fly trap from this company. I ordered a Seymour venus fly trap kit 1 month ago. I checked my order status and it says that the order is printed and that printed orders usually ship within two days. Well, it has been 25 days and it still says the same thing. I have called the business twice a day for at least 15 days and no one has ever picked up the phone. I e-mailed both contacts on the website and then researched the owner Brian Hanrahan and contacted his personal e-mail which I found from an associated carnivorous plant web site. I have not heard a reply from any of them. No one ever picks up the phone and no one ever e-mailed me back. This company is either a scam, out of business, or just ignorant. There is zero customer service and if I could rate this website with zero stars I definitely would. The web site looks so legitimate but it is not. I would love to go to Santa Barbara and administer a beating to these people but alas I would never, but I am that mad! This business sucks, end of story.
