I have had a 5 star experience with this company, After placing my order, I saw the reviews. I worried a little but hoped for the best. The Venus Flytrap (Seymore) plant was promised to my Grandson. I have looked all over for the right plant. This plant came with a terrarium and plenty of facts and instructions. I ordered 3 weeks before the birthday, thinking it would take a while to process my order. A week later, I got a call from a very happy 10 year old, The plant and everything with it was perfect. I could not be more pleased!!!! I also got plenty of emails from the company acknowledging my order, shipping, tracking and finally a Thank You for my order.
