Wow! My only regret is not knowing about this site sooner. The review listed by Ralph seems to be dead on. I purchased a hot tub from the company and man I have been nothing but disappointed. First of all Ralph be thankful you even received your hot tub, I am still waiting for mine which was purchased back in June 2012. Yes June, and I still have not received a thing and of course it was paid in full. Donald's ad will suck you in to believing he is a man of his word but my experience says the total opposite. As member of the US military we live by integrity which is why I sometimes believe others do as well. Boy was I wrong. I too will be contacting the FTC and other third parties to assist me with further actions. Bottom line I would not purchase from this seller/dealer again. He got me for a little under $5k...Run Run Run!!!
