Moss & Co. are a group of bullies and thieves...do not rent from this company!! Lived in a rent controlled complex managed by these bullies...inconsiderate, thoughtless and arrogant, thinking the rent control rules don’t apply to them or the slumlord owner; he lives in his slumlord headquarters in Pacific Palisades!! They abuse the undocumented residents they rent to by raising rent several times a year...instead of ONCE!! They hire undocumented workers from the Home Depot and then don’t pay them! This is a very unscrupulous company..the president Cindy Gray’s brother AKA “RATFACE” is one to sue just for being alive....beware they will screw you over in the name of money...
