A very positive experience! Five stars from me!
After requesting more info online I received a call from Anna. She walked me through the different investment options and the next steps to take if I was interested in a purchase. Anna was very flexible and worked around my schedule to set up a follow up call with senior broker. On This call (with Jeffrey) we discussed pros and cons, investment amount, investment purposes, risks, and Monetary Gold's business model, as well as a smattering of politics, history. philosophy. and education. Jeffrey was very patient and helpful and I never felt pressured to buy anything or spend more than what I wanted. After thinking on it for a few weeks and some due diligence. I made an appointment with Anna and had a call with David and moved forward with the purchase. All involved were friendly helpful and informative, a very positive and supportive crew. I received both the metals and a small refund of the unspent funds (in about 12 days) after the call and bank wire.
