I found these people to be unreliable and neglectful in their approach. They twist definitions to suit themselves and try to collect extra money. I accomplished as much on my own as they ever did for me, yet they kept asking for more money or they threatened to stop working on my file, even though their contract stated no money due until successful modification. I don't trust them, and their "F" rating on the BBB would suggest I'm not alone.... Tread carefully with this company people. They make commitments they don't keep, and when it comes to your most valuable possession, you better be sure who you trust.... I saved my home, but they couldn't save it, nor could they even get the sale date postponed even though they had 45 days to make it happen.... Shame on you MSI
