This is a deceptive and unethical company. Amy Michelle Rubenstein and Milan Puscovic aka Milan Rubenstein run an operation which has harmed numerous tenants, violated safety codes and health laws, deceived the system numerous times. The duo and company have numerous code violations and complaints from tenants and investors who have been frauded and deceived as well by this duo. The court system has proven testimonies and accounts as well as the Housing Safety Dept, health dept, and DRE. They pretend to manage but never do legally or by code.
