Owner is unprofessional and extremely rude!
EVERYTIME I drop off my clothes, items don't get cleaned thoroughly or they charge me for something I did not want.
Started with my down comforter: came back smelling clean but there were still spots that were not removed that I had to pay another dry cleaner to remove
Then after paying to get my hems let out, a month later they were unraveling and I had to go back and have them re-hemmed
I asked for a skirt to be altered and not cleaned and they charged me for the cleaning
A pair of slacks still had stains on it after being "cleaned". So after all this I took the pants back to be re-cleaned and thought I would express my discontent to the owner.
I politely explained the issues that I had with the quality of work that was being done on my clothes I then explained that I did not want a refund for my skirt that had been charged a cleaning fee after I had indicated that I only wanted it altered but pointed out that I felt that I was being given poor quality of service, considering the issues mentioned above. Unapologetic, the owner then looked at me and said "Don't bring your clothes back here" again" He then argued that I had worn the slacks that had stains and that he was not going to clean them again. After explaining to him that I am not a dishonest person looking for a free dry cleaning he agreed to re-clean my slacks but with the caveat of me not returning back to his store.
SO very unprofessional! So to all the consumers out there looking for a dry cleaner, I recommend that you spend your hard earned dollars on a dry cleaner that can give you quality not just in cleaning your clothes but in customer service! DONT GO THERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

First: Comforter came out clean. Most comforters have yellowing because they have not been cleaned for a long time. These do not come out in cleaning most of the times.
Second: Hem was a blind stitch. She came back after a MONTH that it came undone. When questioned, she admitted she uses high heels and hems come undone many times. We suggested not to do blind stitch and do regular hem. We did at no charge. Problem solved. But she blames us!!
Third, garment cleaned by mistake and gave refund. No fuss.
Finally, see for yourself our quality of work. We do not advertise..all our customers come through referals. We do all our work on premises.
This customer thinks everything is someone else's fault. Just read her complaint..She got pissed off because we asked her to find another cleaner that she likes.
Our rating on BBB is A+. No complaint filed with BBB. Check us out. Not many cleaners are members of BBB, but we are, so customers can go there if we do not address their problems to their satisfaction
