Mercury Insurance Group, Mercury Casualty Company, Doctor & Doctor Insurance Agency. I went to the agent company to lower my insurance they gave me a great quote. Then I got a letter after signing up with Mercury saying my premium quote was incorrect and my payment was going to be double the quoted amount. I thought the change in policy to be ridiculous so I canceled the policy. I was told my direct payment would not be withdrawn from my account. I canceled the policy 2weeks before the payment was due. Well you can guess what happened, they withdrew the money and made my account over drawn. Do not trust this company or any of is associates. They have given me the run around and it was a nightmare to deal with the issue at hand. In conclusion I did get reimbursed.
