Meramak, Inc. Takes money from customers it has not earned.
Meramak, Inc. does not deserve a 3 star rating. I would give them minus 3! After being a customer with Meramak for 14 years, I did all I was asked to do to cancel my account. I gave a 30 day notice in Mid September 2013, and returned the terminal along
with a copy of my 30 day notice on October 15, 2014, and found that I was still being charged a service fee of 327.00 over a 5 1/2 month period. So from Oct. 15, 2013, to April 2014, I was charged a monthly service fee, and I didn't even have the terminal
to run a transaction. In December alone I was charged $102.00! I have made countless efforts to get answers from Meramak as to why this has happened with no result. To this day, July 7, 2014, I still have not received a refund and they are making no attempt
to solve this matter. I feel I have been lied to, ignored and completely disrespected. Meramak, has been a terrible company to deal with, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
