This is a Horrible COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!
I bought an item according to the description on MENSUSA website. The item that arrived was not close to what I had thought I had ordered. According to their website I should be entitled to a full refund plus shipping.
They will not give me this refund on account of a supposed conversation I had with a sales clerk before I bought the item. This conversation never took place and even if it had, the item I received was not what they advertise and therefore according to their return policy, I should be entitled to a full refund (which is $255). They offered me $50.
Additionally, I ordered this item on a Thursday and requested 2 day shipping. I was told the item would ship the next Sat. I called on Monday and the following Tuesday requesting a tracking number. I finally found out that the item did not actually ship until the following Tuesday. It is now Thursday, I paid an extra $25 for two-day shipping for a product that took a week to get to me, when it did, it was the wrong product...Oh well - no returns.
