I ordered a mini pocket bike for my son from USA pocket bikes. It took longer to get here than I expected. When I called to see why the bike was taking so long I spoke with Phillip. He was very helpful and explained that it was just a misunderstanding and sent the bike out right away. My son was ecstatic when the bike arrived. I received a new bike with directions. We did have trouble starting the bike because the instructions were not translated very well. However USA pocket bikes has great tech support and helped us get started. I feel usa pocketbikes was overall very helpful in getting our problems resolved. I would recommend them to others.I would be sure to order ahead of time to give them plenty of time to get the bike shipped....
