Extensive Home Remodel In Duarte

I was extremely happy with the results of my home remodel done by Masami Builders. As this was my first home purchase I was both nervous and excited about the process. You always hear about the horror stories with contractors that are not professional. I was immediately assured with Masami Builders as the first step in our meeting including complete documentation about their company and contractor license.
Following the consultation, we made a plan and agreed upon a price, which was very fair. We then went to select the materials, where the owner, David Sanchez, personally assisted me and educated me (being new to the process) about the various types of wood flooring, granites, marble, paint colors and quality, etc. He was also instrumental in helping make important decisions about the layout of the rooms, colors and additions. Whenever I had questions, he was always patient and explained fully and carefully. Whenever I changed my mind mid stream he would adapt.
The project itself, for a two story 1730 sq ft home included, brand new maple wood floors throughout the entire house, a full kitchen remodel(for which they custom built and stained solid maple cabinets, installed granite counter tops and added a bar/island), new paint everywhere, recessed lighting upstairs and downstairs, a full master bedroom remodel(including granite, marble, a new wall, shower and frameless glass door installation), a full remodel on a second bathroom including plumbling, new light switches throughtout, a custom Travertine fireplace mantle, a new front door, Travertine tile in the kitchen and all the electrical throughout. I also got all of the permits with the city as they are well versed in the process.
And all the work comes with a warranty. What can I say? Everyday I walk in my home I know that I made the right choice working with Masami Builders.
