Thought a management company couldn't get any worse. It's not about the renter, just keeping the place occupied. They say they are the largest management company in the central area, with a staff of only eight don't expect to get great serves or any personal serves. There are at least 4 other management companies in the area. I would say try anyone of them first, let this be last after you try craiglist.
