STAY AWAY -- NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND WILL NOT RETURN MONEY EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED.
I ordered a sample tile from Athena Tile / MJ Tile and did not receive it in the promised time so that I could plan out my project and have it completed on time for the Holidays. In fact, as of right now I haven't received it AT ALL and it is several days after the promised date. When I requested my money back -- they basically shut me down and told me that I was out of luck and they would not return my money and this was communicated to me by the OWNER as well an 2 of their other managers! Definitely not a customer friendly place!!! It wasn't even a large amount of money which makes it worse because it demonstrates that keeping the money was far more important then satisfying a customer. If you are looking for customer satification and a company willing to work with you -- Athena Tile or MJ tile is NOT the company you want to work with!!!
