I have been purchasing from deal sites like this one or a while now and LocalLiving,com is by far the best. Not only are their deals great but more importantly their customer service is amazing. I purchased a spa deal for a place in my city but 3 months later I ended up moving 75 miles away. I figured my money went to waste because I wouldnt be able to use my certificate but I called the customer service anyway. The man on the phone was incredibly curtious and listened to my situation. He said that he would get back to me soon. He called me back within a few hours and said that Local Living would credit my account so that I may purchase another deal closer to home. Nowhere on their policy does it say they need to do this but they did it to make me happy and so that I wouldn't waste my money. Now that is great customer service.
