After they contacted me by phone, they made it sound as if they had my best interest at heart, and called me several days explaining statistics and how they could save my home. I was late on my mortgage payments and looking for help. They promised me on the phone guaranteed loan modification with my bank, and they have a very high rate of getting payments cut down to 3% interest.
After borrowing the money needed, and paying in full, they wait 3 weeks to send me a sheet of paper with all the information I sent them. And a note saying for me to call my lender, and make the arrangements myself. They did nothing for me except take my $1,300.00 payment. I feel that they prey on homeowners desperation to save their house, and are not a legitimate business with homeowners needs in mind. They advertise they are specialist, but never once asked for my closeout documents or settlement papers for information pertaining to my mortgage.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, AND DO NOT BE SO DESPERATE AS I WAS TO SAVE YOUR HOUSE, INVESTIGATE ANY COMPANY OFFERING TO HELP YOU.
