Nice prices, but the customer service is very rude. I placed an order early Friday morning (6a) and paid premium 3 day shipping rate. One would expect to get the items on Tuesday, am I wrong? OK, it is not shipped until Monday. On Tuesday, my address changes. There was no response to email inquiry. When I call the customer service an agent was just trying to prove me wrong, referring to their shipping policies on the website. When asked to change the delivery address not only I was not offered the refund for late shipping (standard shipping rate was free), I was told that there was a $10 fee for change of delivery address. And the agent was giving me attitude, as if she was so sick of people calling with there stupid problems! Can't complain of prices, I bought from them in the past - and if you don't need customer service this may be a good place. I'll give them one star for this.

Dear customer, If order was place on Friday, then the shipment start count on Monday. ( You can't count friday as the first date since ups , our shipping carrier, start count the next day as a first day). No delay issue till this point. If you want to reroute, again, we can help you, however UPS charge $ 10.00 for each reroute fee. Not us.
