I do not recommend this business. The owner is unprofessional, unreliable and does not take responsibility for defects with his work. He installed a gate at my home 6 months ago and we are still unable to use it because it was installed improperly. We have made numerous phone calls, written letters and have gotten no satisfaction. He does not return phone calls nor does he show up for appointments once he has been paid. He is argumentative and unprofessional. Before the work was done he returned calls, showed up on time and cashed the checks promptly. As soon as we had a problem with the installation he became unavailable. I filed a complaint with the BBB and when he finally responded, he lied about the problem. The only nice thing I can say is that the gate is very pretty. Other than that, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a home product.
