I signed up almost a year ago and have been able to contact them with some difficulty. They did call me once 2 months ago to update me and request more paper work, but I have been calling and leaving messages for a week now trying to confirm that they have received my fax and have not been called back. I did some research and found out that since Oct. 11 2009 it is illegal to collect money upfront for such services in California so you may have recourse there. They have good marks on BBB too so you may threaten to leave a negative score there if they dont comply.Also on the Trustlink page of reviews for "The Law Office of Christopher Psaud" is a post supposedly by Christopher himself stating that there are problems with people getting through and has listed his personal email. chrisp.law09@gmail.com I hope this helps.
