They really saved my butt on this one. I fell behind on my mortgage payment back in February because I lost my job. I didn't go back to work 3 months later, but I was earning 30% less then I was before. I had no way of catching up with my lender and was really drowning. I was referred to Joel Feinstein, but my neighbor and gave them a shot. At first, I wasn't so sure about the upfront fee and they told me it would take at least 4 months to get a mod. Since my neighbor referred them, I just went along with it. It really did payoff in the end though. Just got my modification from Chase and I am really happy. 2% for five years and $500 less a month on mortgage payments.
