Poor Service after the sale.

I will never use or recommend this Company again. I have 1 MX200 paid payments for 5 Years and as soon as the Unit has a Problem we asked for service for the unit we call and they said there is no company repair services for there units. so we looked to a Second customer of theirs for a little help, they have the same Service/s Problems ( and they Gave Me there MX200 Unit so as I could take Parts off of, Which those Parts didn't work either) . So the Bottom line is these things work for just about as long as the payments are on the units then your on your own. Yes there are plenty of parts out there on ebay. But with out a Service company to help you with the Unit not Working it is a Crap shoot. So after 8-9 Thousand Dollars in cost for these units, you pretty much have a Dead unit with no Help. Go look for a Different Manufacture of these type units that have real support of the products. My personal Review is there JUNK.
