Paid But Have Not Received Order After 10 Weeks

The sales dept was responsive in answering my questions and getting my order placed, but once they had my money it has been a string of excuses and delays saying that they are "busy at the factory" and "this is our busy time of year" or the "factory is
behind schedule". Numerous times they said they would give me a delivery date "next week" or even "tomorrow", but never have. My only advice to others is to either stay away from this company or only pay for your order upon delivery. They are not reputable
and since they are in Mexico there is little that can be done.
