The store manager was very rude to my wife. I had never heard anyone in retail so rude to a customer. When I called the manager, she was rude to me as well. I could not obtain the name or telephone number of the owner to complain. The store gave me several telephone numbers which were all bogus. Warning if you shop here, because they have had a few celebs visit, they will make you feel as if you are lucky to be spending your money there. My advise, shop at a store that values and appreciates your business. I have been in LA all my life. I had never heard anyone in retail, let alone a manager so rude to a customer. She clearly doesn't understand we are who pays her check.
