I took my pet to be groomed and they kept him for 3.5 hours and then they
wanted more money because they did not like his behavior. They started putting down my dog to me. My dog is like my baby. They said that he was old. I said he was only 4 years old. They said that his spine was sticking out and he is a little dog and that he was too thin and fragile. For Heavens sake he is a toy poodle. I was so sad when I left. They insulted me and my little dog. No one has ever done this when he was groomed before. They said they were sorry. I said I am too. I will never take him there again. The cut was okay but the customer service and no respect for my dog or me.
