Entering into business with this company they were friendly and customer service was great. Showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and was very detail specific with what I wanted. Having the dress pinned up I had to instruct the lady of how to fix the top layer because she couldn't figure out how to do it. Before leaving I asked to leave the top layer alone because I was afraid of how it would turn out. Fast forward two weeks. They refused to give me the 10% off that I was promised when I dropped it off and I wasn't allowed to try it on in store. Upon getting home I found that it wasn't hemmed at all and that the back was not at all like the picture I showed them. I spent 11 hours fixing the back myself and they refused to give me my money back. Called me a liar and said that I probably ruined the dress when I fixed it. Also told me that my event was the day I picked it up (it was the week after) and they wouldn't do anything about it. They were very rude about the whole situation. They told me that they hire their jobs out of shop, so it is false advertisement that the people there do it. I went here based on personal referrals but in turn I found that the people who referred me had a VERY simple dress to have done and only one layer to be slightly hemmed.
