If you're thinking about renting from them... JUST DON'T

I rented from Anne Marie Kreidler (The owner/operator of JLS, and the "owner" of many residential and commercial buildings in N. Seattle) for several years. After constant harassment from her and her employees, a dilapidated building and a regular lack of repairs, I'm done. It's impossible to get timely repairs, however, they're REGULARLY making upgrades to specific units in other buildings to charge EXORBITANT rental prices to short-term rentals.
Do NOT recommend if you like your sanity!
