JewelryMax has ZERO Customer Service - Beware

THE GOOD: Before using JewelyMax as my supplier, a $100 purchase was made to inspect quality of their products. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve "Boutique Quality" fashion jewelry within 4 days. THE BAD: A few products were missing in my order and my credit card was charged for items that were never mailed. THE UGLY: JewelryMax does not have a working telephone number, they do not respond to emails, and their LIVE CHAT is a joke.. Live Chat indicated that Mark was online, however, each time (11 times) I tried connecting with Mark he would immediately disconnect himself from chat.
My enthusiasm for their fashion jewelry flatlined after this experience...they have good products with non-exsistent customer. service and they get a BIG FAIL in their B2B trust competency test.
