The Jewelry Exchange in Phoenix, BEWARE! After not delivering a ring as promised, trying to get me to pay for shipping on the ring and just poor customer service, the store in Phoenix issued a refund. After three calls to Tustin California, the headquarters for The Jewelry Exchange comments made to me were that my check or refund had been cut, but not signed. I was told that they work for their boss not the other way around and could not force him to sign my check. They stated they have never issued any refund, but look on here you will see 27 complaints. Keith the Payable Manager stated his boss would sign the check when he felt he was ready! I called back spoke to Marie a General Manager, she had the same attitude. I asked very nicely will I see my check by February she stated she couldn't confirm that.
Buyer beware! This chain has some unethical business practice. This makes you wonder if you arent getting a bait and switch, meaning a fake diamond in the end. APPRAISE what you buy from them!
