Terrible experience

Worked with Ken, who was very pleasant and easily available by phone and email in the beginning. Sent funds via PayPal goods and services. Paypal accidentally omitted our address making the payment for services, leaving both of us unprotected. PayPal was
willing to work with both of us to correct the transaction so that Jaztime had the money and could ship the watch the same day. Ken made himself unavailable and unwilling to work with PayPal. He chose to do a return using an e-check, causing our money to be
held up 3-5 days. Ken would not return calls , emails or text from myself or PayPal. Blocked our calls and cancelled the deal with no explanation.
