If there were a category for zero stars, Jardine would get it. Their cribs have had numerous recalls for slats that break and drop sides that entrap (and sometimes kill) infants.
Their solution to the drop side recall is NOT to provide you with a voucher to purchase a SAFE crib of your choosing, but to mail you two pieces of plastic to "immobilize" the side. In and of itself, this solution is not acceptable to me as a parent.
To add insult to injury, they mailed me brown pieces for my black crib. When I contacted customer service I learned that though they can manufacture their unsafe cribs in black, they are "unable" to manufacture the immobilizers in black.
VERY poor quality product and customer service.
