BUYER BEWARE

This is the most scandalous company I have ever dealt with. Merchandise was poorly manufactured. Chris the owner would not guarantee replacement item to be in better condition. He refused to stand by his guarantee that if the merchandise was defective
they would pay for shipping. He agreed to pick up item from my home and would not give me a receipt took the item back. I insisted on a hand written receipt which I receive with reluctance. He further claimed to my credit card he never received the merchandise
back and I was re-charged $709.20 by my credit card and he has possession of the merchandise. I am out the money and the item purchased. He is rude, left me on the phone on hold for 45 mins and also hung up on me when I tried to amicably resolve this issue.
He has 15 complaints on eBay in the last 30 days as a poor businessman and sells second hand merchandise as new. BUYER BEWARE THIS MAN SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!
