We used this company last summer to collect a delinquent account. They were a little slow in paying but eventually, we received the money due from our client. So in December of 2009 we thought we would give them another chance to collect a bad debt. I spoke with Karin Edelstein about 6 weeks ago and she said they had received a partial payment from our delinquent account, and usually they don't pay until they receive all the money, but she would make an exception and put in a request to pay us the portion they had collected less their fees. I still have not received the money. I have Emailed her with no response. I tried calling both numbers and they were disconnected. Their web site has been shut down. I believe they have taken the money they collected and I will never see it.
