Disgusted with nearly **(( 4.2%))** unlawful fees surprise without any accounting as of January 12th, 2015 for December. I have spent 3-4 hours most on hold with useless multiple employees unable to provide any accounting basis for excessive amounts swindled from last month. They claim, we don't know when statements can be processed they are having problems with no plan to fix. The fees divided by the amount of transactions processed is over 4.1% close to 4.2% and it's business as usual for Intuit Merchant Services. Clear violations and non compliant. There should be a high penalty and fine from regulatory agency for this conduct. I will go to transparent new Provided for 2015,
