Horrible Experience

My husband got the phone call and agreed to a "trial" basis on some "high-quality" grinding disk's. UPS dropped them off on our porch when no one was home, the box was in bad shape and several of the disk's were chipped and scratched- Didn't even take a chance on trying them out they were of such poor quality. The shipment also included "7 unsolicited gifts" one of which had corroded batteries leaking everywhere. I shipped the disks back in a sturdy box after receiving a bill from the company that had an address to ship them too- thought that was done. Not a chance - 3 month later we get a phone call now they want us to pay for the free gifts they sent out - lucky for us they were still in a pile in our mud room unopened. Having already paid to ship back the disk's we told the company rep that they would have to "come and get them" or send us a pre-paid shipping label. Several threatening/harassing phone calls including one week-end every hour or so (we kept hanging up) we finally received a UPS label so the items were placed in a shipping box the very next day and shipped out. Day after the label came we got a letter from ROBERT GREEN that he is going to file suit against us in the Riverside County Municipal Court and we will pay for everything, court costs, service fees, interest, collection expenses and attorney fees. THIS IS SUCH A RIP-OFF COMPANY please don't ever agree to anything with them. Thankfully they didn't have ourcredit card number or anything, although that is what they wanted when they originally called to "sell" us the disk's.
