With my experience with the company has been not good at all, for the most part if you have any issues with their product their support system is terrible, at least it has been for me. It has been, literally, 5 days and still no response from the company on my email.
My advise is to try and avoid this company and find one that supports their product, just on the off chance that you have issues with the purchased item...
Who knows for sure, this could have been just some fluke with the email, I will try and contact them again (just encase). If anything changes I will update this with the outcome....
