Lorraine B's review seems similar to my experience. I wish I read it before buying from Mr. Inclan. Met him at the park to see the puppy. Fell in love with the puppy and at the same time felt bad for her because she smelled bad and had mud stuck to her hair. When I took her to the vet, it turned out she had worms in spite of Mr. Inclan's representations to the contrary. Further, the puppy had only one shot rather than a full panel of vaccinations as represented (did not even have rabies shot). When confronted about it, Carlos Inclan resorted to insults and threats. In retrospect, the signs of shadiness where there: Mr. Inclan didn't ask anything about the home where the puppy would go, transaction occurred in the park and Mr. Inclan requested that Venmo payment is referenced as "cleaning services". Hope you can learn from this experience.
