A big rip-off and scam. Do not buy into Improve Credit. I was told by a person named Neal at Liberty Unsecured that I was approved for two loans. He told me that I had some discrepancy's in my credit. He also recommended Improve Credit in order to dispute and correct those discrepancy's. I was informed that I would have to pay $492.00 for this. I agreed thinking that they would fix my credit. Improve Credit sent me three letters to send to the three major credit reporting agencies: Experian, Equifax and Transunion. Two months later I had all three credit reports. I sent them to Improve Credit. On June 24th,2010, I received a phone call from a representative from Improve Credit. He told me that I had some discrepancy's that he could dispute on my behalf for another $149.00. I told him that my credit is as stands, and I refused to pay anymore money out. Do not buy into this scam. Although Liberty Unsecure is not in anyway affiliated with Improve Credit, I do believe that Liberty Unsecure is getting some type of kick-backs for recommending their potential clients to Improve Credit. You can check your credit on your own. It will cost you alot less to do so. I regret that I bought into this scam.
