If I can give them 0 stars I would. They go by the online name Naturalarearugs.com. They list items on their website as available and allow you to pay for them and even email you tracking numbers. 3 days later, they tell you they dont have the items and to ignore the tracking numbers but they still have your money! To contact them is a nightmare in itself. No reply to 5 emails sent. No reply to phone calls. Had to wait 30 min on hold to be told that if I didnt like their service, to go somewhere else. I asked to be refunded for a portion of the purchase they did not have because I didnt want to wait a month for it. I told them to ship the rug since they said it is in stock and appeared to be on its way to me. They said no problem. A day later, I get a nasty message from Lina telling me that she can cancel my whole order if I like and will wait for me to call her back to let her know. I aleady told them a day earlier to ship the rug which they agreed. Well after several attempts to call her back, again no answer. The next thing I know, I get an email from Fedex saying my shipment which was at my local center is now being sent back at the shippers request!! They did so behind my back without my permission after they left a message saying they were waiting to hear from me. I felt like I was dealing with kids in highschool. Now the item I was waiting for is being sent back, I have to wait 3 weeks for my refund. I am not a person who likes to write reviews but I have no been this upset in a long time. I run and operate a company and if my employees ever were caught treating people this way, they would be fired in a heartbeat. Everything this company does and says is a lie and they represent what NOT to do if you want to run a successful company. I am taking this complaint as far as I can to make a point and maybe open the eyes of the higher ups there so they can use better judgement next time .
