They just did the same thing to our firm. Since we receive our toner for free from our dealer, the invoice obviously set off some alarms. They spoke to a file clerk, who was silly enough to give out our copier information and her name. Has anyone thought to contact the attorney generals office for California (at least that is the State that the invoice came from)? This site doesn't allow zero stars or that is what I would have posted.
