We just recently sold our home on 10/14/11. Prior to the closing we were required to fumigate the house for termites as there was evidence of termites in the attic space. Another company performed the termite inspection, however, I contacted Hornet Fumigation to fumigate the property. The roof has orange S tiles, 23 years old. I asked the owner how many tiles would be broken and he said no more than ten. After completion of the job 10/09/2011, I asked the owner how many tiles were broken and he said none. Homeowners that have S tile roofs know that Hornet accomplished the impossible. By the way, it's a two-story house. One more thing, it cost less than the company that performed the inspection who also told me I would have to bear the cost for broken tiles (without having any idea as to how many might be broken).
