Incomplete and Unsafe Electrical Work

Do NOT call this contractor, Craig Tomlin will rip you off and will not return to finish the work. I contracted him to do a few electrical repairs, install new door bell repair broken ceiling fan and install ceiling lights in the kitchen.
The fan was fixed however the next day it stopped working and I had to buy a new one. The 4 canister ceiling lights that he installed in the kitchen were cut off in half and left opened and exposed in the attic. The electrical connections were not completed, he tapped into a junction box and affected the exterior lights. He applied plaster mud into the junction box to hide the extremely bad and unsafe connections he did. The outlet he installed in the master bathroom was never grounded and tripped the breaker a few times. The wires were not capped either. The doorbell was not grounded and stopped working. The GFI outlet in the second bathroom was defective and tripped the breaker.
I spent an additional $1,000 to get all the electrical connections corrected and I had to buy 4 new ceiling light canisters as well. I have called him 10 times, left messages, I have texted him and emailed him and no response. He took my $1,200 check and cashed it and will not contact me.
The quality of his work is VERY POOR and very messy.
Do Not hire this jerk for anything.
