Be very careful when doing business with Homecare Alliance. I gave them $3,000.00 dollars and was to pay another $3,000.00. My lawyers requested copies of agreements from banks. Homecare told us they do not give them. Closing date was set for July 1, 2011. Today Aug 2 no modification homes to be foreclosed on in September. Dan Clark and Stephanie Smith will lie and lie and lie to get your money but won't deliver what they promise. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Gerald Stone another one to stay away from. Very poor at returning phone calls. Have called and left multiple messages for Dan, Stephanie and Manger thru voicemail or answering service. No return calls.
