disappointment regarding service and attention to detail.

We signe a contract for a new roof and as soon as work started the "site manager" started asking for more money...saying tbe work needed to be done for 6200$$$ more!!! He pestered me to the point of tears. He was nevr there except to get money, did not supervise the workers, did not inspect the work. A 4 day job became 2 weeks, and we had to continually request that the work crew be reminded to finish. No work got done the 2nd week unless we called the site manager who said he would be there every day. Very disappointed in the service. He was right on time when he wanted the check, though. Wont know if the roof was done right until the rains hit.
