On 03-10-2010 Luba M called Green Homes asking about pet urine and carpet deterioration problems. Green Homes sent an industry technician to Luba M’s home to diagnose her flooring conditions. Luba M was given several options but chose to do none, and did not contract with Green Homes to do anything. In fact, Luba M never even called back. Thereafter Luba M contracted with someone else to handle her problems and is now unhappy.
While we are sorry Luba M is unhappy, Green Homes did not contract with Luba M to do anything at all and Green Homes is not responsible for her complaints today.
