Beware of signing a "Membership Agreement," which is presented to you upon signing up. At the very bottom of this agreement is tiny print it states "This is a binding non refundable agreement," which in translation means that you have just signed a contract which obligates you to make payments of $125 every month, no matter what, even if your child discontinues "membership." They will tell you that it is very flexible, but in reality when you attempt to discontinue they will make impossible to dispute it. First there is NO customer service, if you call, you have to leave a message and your call is never returned. If someone happens to answer the phone, they will tell you to email the "Tuition Dept.," which also does not respond. After more than 10 emails, I got a response from "GB Management," stating they will forward my request to the "Tuition Dept." No names of "Management" or "Tuition Dept" exists and you are never given anyone's name as the responsible party. When I attempted to dispute it through my bank, they told my bank I signed a "contract," which is binding.
