They do not stand by their guarantee

The guarantee they have on their website is there for show. I was scammed. If there is an issue with your order, you will receive a canned response taking no responsibility for their error. They will give you a refund but expect you to pay return shipping, even if it is their printing error. I chose them to support a small , family-owned business. Never again. Even if they had not made a printing error, the quality of the business cards is awful. The order of 100 cards took 3 weeks to arrive and they charged more for shipping then the cost of the cards. There is not one positive thing I can say about GotPrint. Lesson learned the hard way.
