As of 5 months ago I would have never ordered from this company as my last experience was horrible. The last customer service rep you had was very rude, I was having complications ordering online so I called in to place my order. After waiting on hold about 5 minutes the customer service rep finally got on the phone to help me, help isn’t really the word since she wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to speak to someone else but was told she was the only person who could help me with my order and refused to transfer me to anyone else. I tried to explain my problem to her, which I thought would have been simple as I just needed to know how the sizes for the Blink 182 shirts ran, but she wasn’t even willing to listen, she just asked for my information and placed my order. I would have just hung up and never called your company again, however the shirt I was ordering was for my niece who desperately wanted it. So I placed the order anyway, I said after that I would never place an order with your company again. Well now I am in the same boat where my niece wants something only your company carries. However this time a new girl answered the phone, her name is Ashley she was very nice and very patient. I told her I often have problem with online orders as my credit card always gives me problems. She told me no problem she would take my order on the phone, she was very patient and very willing to help. I would suggest you hire more people like her as Ashley is a good example of how a customer service rep should be. Thank god you guys got a new rep in there she has been so helpful and has made me a customer for life!!
