Bought a Gigabyte GV-RX387512HP video card in Sptember 2008. Card came with a $20 Mail-In Rebate. I submitted the rebate, it was accepted and is still "being processed" more than four months later. Contacted the company by email and was promised a check would be forthcoming on 5 Jan 09. On 13 Jan 09 was told the check had bben delayed because of the CES in Las Vegas. Guess everone in the company attended. In that email they promised the check would arrive by Wednesday (next day). It is Saturday and no check.
The only positive in this entire experience has been the quick responses to my emails.
